Inhuur van civiel personeel op het gebied van stedelijk water-, riool- en geohydrologisch advies, bodemonderzoek en -advies en ecologisch advies. De Aanbestedende Dienst wil gedurende de looptijd van deze Opdracht een partnership aangaan, zodat er een bestendige relatie tussen opdrachtnemer en opdrachtgever ontstaat. Dit met het doel om de flexibele personeelsbehoefte van de Aanbestedende Dienst op de betreffende vakgebieden van de Overeenkomst snel en met geschikt personeel in te kunnen vullen. De gemeente is op zoek naar Ondernemers die kunnen voorzien in personeel, met de juiste kennis, ervaring en competenties in de vakgebieden stedelijk water-, riool- en geohydrologisch advies, bodemonderzoek en -advies en ecologisch advies.

De gemeente zal bovengenoemd partnership gestalte geven door professioneel opdrachtgeverschap, waarbij het geven van een vooruitblik van benodigd personeel een prominente plaats inneemt. De gemeente verwacht van de Ondernemer als aandeel in de samenwerking het adequaat uitvoeren van Nadere Opdrachten, door het tijdig inhuren van bekwaam personeel.
