De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van ingenieurs- en adviesdiensten voor de voorbereiding en uitwerking van het Fietsecoduct A13. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer het herijken van het Programma van Eisen en de projectrandvoorwaarden, het uitwerken van het Voorlopig Ontwerp en de daarvoor benodigde onderzoeken en adviezen.
De initiële opdracht omvat fase 1 en 2. De vervolgfasen voor het Definitief Ontwerp, de contract- en aanbestedingsdocumenten en de begeleiding van de aanbesteding voor de realisatie kunnen als opties worden opgedragen. De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd in samenwerking met de gemeenten Delft en Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijkswaterstaat en overige relevante stakeholders.
