Details

I forbindelse med Metroselskabet I/S’ (herefter ”Ordregiver”) drift og vedligehold af toge, infrastruktur mv. er behovet opstået for et digitaliseret Quality Management-System for at smidiggøre og ensrette processer i relation til planlægning, opfølgning, oprettelse af opgaver, monitorering heraf osv.

Som følge heraf udbydes hermed et Process Quality Management System (”PQMS”) som en fireårig kontrakt med mulighed for forlængelse 2 gange af 1 års varighed (altså en maksimal mulig løbetid på 6 år).

Det bemærkes, at der forudgående for offentliggørelsen af nærværende udbud er afholdt markedsdialog med et repræsentativt udvalg af aktører, for nærmere at specificere Ordregivers behov. Materiale der har indgået i markedsdialogen, er vedlagt nærværende udbudsmateriale Som appendix K og L.
