The successful proponent will assess and integrate current corporate initiatives, including the Accessibility Plan, kâ-nâsihcikêwin Indigenous Framework, 2SLGBTQIAP+ Action Plan, and IDEA commitments, into a cohesive five-year Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy. The services will include the development of strategic recommendations, an implementation roadmap, performance measures, executive-ready materials, and a final strategy document to support inclusive talent acquisition and workforce planning practices. The term of the contract is to be for a period of 4 months, with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for another 3 months.
