The General Tax Authority (GTA) is undergoing a strategic digital transformation initiative aimed at improving the efficiency, visibility, and scalability of its internal operations and taxpayer-facing services. As part of this broader modernization program, the GTA seeks to consolidate disparate tools and manual processes into a single, unified enterprise platform. This initiative is aligned with the GTA’s digital enablement roadmap and supports the national strategy for government service excellence and automation.
