UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

ICT Hardware and Accessories

- Desktop All-in-One Computers

- Laptop computers

- Multifunction Printers, 3-in-1

- Docking stations

- Laptop Bag and Wireless Mouse Sets

- Wired Laptop Headsets

- USB keyboards

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at [contact details removed] , with RFQ number LITB-2026-9205456 in the email subject line.

Application deadline: 20.08.2026, 23:59 (EEST)

The bidders shall consider the following ITB conditions:

One e-mail for price bid and other relevant technical information

Price Schedule and Bid Form filled and signed(Pages 3-10). By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa.

All bid documents included in the submission email, no external links.

Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the ITB number: LITB-2026-9205456 in the email title.

Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days.
