Rammasamningur þessi er um fulla mötuneytisþjónustu: Eldun, afhending og framreiðsla. Seljandi útvegar og greiðir fyrir allt hráefni sem þarf. Þar getur verið um að ræða þjónustu til lengri eða skemmri tíma. Ekki er ljóst hvaða magn verður keypt á grundvelli þessar útboðs, þar sem rammasamningar eru gerðir um tiltekna vöru eða þjónustu í tiltekinn tíma, án þess að magntölur séu þekktar. Rammasamningurinn felur ekki í sér loforð um viðskipti. Í dag eru um 50 leikskólar og um 10 grunnskólar sem eru með aðkeypta mötuneytisþjónustu. Áætluð innkaup innan samnings eru talin um 2.200 milljónir kr. án vsk. á ársgrundvelli. Um er að ræða rammasamning sem byggir á lögum um opinber innkaup nr. 120/2016. Samningurinn gildir í fjögur ár frá fyrsta skóladegi 2027.
