Description of the Assignment: To engage a qualified consultant for the preparation of technical documentation, overseeing and advising on the construction works related to the building maintenance including rehabilitation of the façade, windows replacement and related elements at the Institute of Public Health of Serbia “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut” in Belgrade, in compliance with all relevant standards, laws, and requirements for heritage preservation, energy efficiency, and biosafety. To support implementation of the Project ‘EU for Enabling a More Responsive Healthcare System’ in the Republic of Serbia.

Period of assignment/services: September 2026 – January 2027

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
