Adásvételi szerződés „Geotermikus hőenergia beszerzése” tárgyban. A jelen Szerződés szerint átadás-átvételre kerülő hőenergia mennyisége a felsorolt épület(ek) fogyasztási helyein összesítve: 12000 GJ / 2 év. Az átadás-átvételre kerülő hőenergia mennyiség tekintetében Fogyasztó összesen +/- 15% mértékű eltérési lehetőséget - opciós lehívás - köt ki, a fogyasztói hőigény függvényében, szerződés teljes időtartamára a fentieket tekintve minimum mennyiségnek. Fogyasztó meglévő melegvizes hőközpontjaiba telepített berendezéseivel a Fogyasztó alábbiakban felsorolt épületének hőellátását biztosítja: Érintett ingatlanok, fogyasztási helyek felsorolása: Hőközpont neve Címe Hőmennyiség Szegedi SZC Csonka János Technikum - sportcsarnok 6726 Szeged, Temesvári krt. 38. 2000 GJ/év Szegedi SZC Csonka János Technikum - „B” épület 6726 Szeged, Temesvári krt. 38. 4000 GJ/év Nyertes ajánlattevő (szolgáltató) az üzemeltetés keretében az alábbi feladatokat látja el: A geotermikus hőenergia szolgáltatás biztosítása érdekében, - meghatározott ingatlanon és helyen a szolgáltatás folyamatos ellátása érdekében termelő hévízfeltáró termál kutakat és vízvisszasajtoló kutakat üzemeltet saját költségén az ellátást biztosító termálkörös rendszer tekintetében, - távvezeték hálózatot üzemeltet saját költségén, - Ajánlatkérő (Fogyasztó) meghatározott épületének hőközpontjában üzemelteti a termálvíz, illetve termálhő fogadását szolgáló víz- és hőgépészeti egységeket, a szükséges hőcserélőket, elosztó, szabályozó és hőmennyiségmérő berendezéseket saját költségén, továbbá biztosítja a központi, épületenkénti szabályozhatóságot is, - diszpécser központot üzemeltet saját költségén.
