Vállalkozási keretszerződés Magyar Közút Nzrt. (továbbiakban: MK Nzrt.) tulajdonában lévő, és esetlegesen a későbbiekben tulajdonába kerülő John Deere gyártmányú (jelenleg: 100 db) + /- 10 % eszközök/traktorok teljes körű szervizelési lehetőségét, alkatrész ellátását, műszaki vizsgára felkészítését, műszaki vizsgáztatását, a műszaki vizsgáztatással kapcsolatos teljes körű ügyintézést, környezetvédelmi felülvizsgálatot, biztosítási ügyintézéseket műszaki leírásban foglaltak alapján 12 hónapra vagy a keretösszeg kimerüléséig Keretösszeg nettó 500.000.000,- Ft. Ajánlatkérő a nettó keretösszeg 70%-ára vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Részletes előírásokat és paramétereket a műszaki leírás és a szerződéstervezet tartalmazza.

Lots Lot 1 — John Deere típusú eszközök traktorok karbantartása: Nyertes Ajánlattevőnek biztosítania kell a MK Nzrt. tulajdonában lévő, és esetlegesen a későbbiekben tulajdonába kerülő John Deere gyártmányú (jelenleg: 100 db) ) + /- 10 % eszközök/traktorok teljes körű szervizelési lehetőségét, alkatrész ellátását, műszaki vizsgára felkészítését, műszaki vizsgáztatását, a műszaki vizsgáztatással kapcsolatos teljes körű ügyintézést, környezetvédelmi felülvizsgálatot, biztosítási ügyintézéseket a szerződés szerinti nettó keretösszeg (nettó 500.000.000,- Ft) A szolgáltatás időtartama: A szerződés hatályba lépésétől a rendelkezésre álló nettó 500.000.000,- Ft + ÁFA kimerüléséig, de legkésőbb a szerződés hatályba lépésétől számított 12. hónap utolsó napjáig tartó határozott időtartam lejártáig.
