Adásvételi keretszerződés különböző külföldi nyomtatott és elektronikus folyóiratok szállítására a Szegedi Tudományegyetem részére 36 hónap időtartamra, összesen nettó 600 000 USD keretösszeg erejéig a 2027-2029 évre. A beszerzés magában foglalja a megrendelt nyomtatott és elektronikus külföldi kiadású folyóiratok és folyóiratcsomagok nyomtatott, nyomtatott és online, valamint csak online formátumokban történő szállítását (online folyóiratok esetében online hozzáférés biztosítását), a meg nem érkezett folyóirat számok ingyenes reklamálását, azok ingyenes pótlását, valamint ügyfélszolgálat biztosítását magyar nyelven (munkanapokon 8-16 óra közötti intervallumban, heti 20 órában). A részletes műszaki tartalmat a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció részét képező IX. Közbeszerzési műszaki Leírás tartalmazza (KD 22. oldal és külön csatolt mellékelt – „Közbeszerzési műszaki leírás”)

Lots Lot 1 — Külföldi nyomtatott és elektronikus folyóiratok: Adásvételi keretszerződés különböző külföldi nyomtatott és elektronikus folyóiratok szállítására a Szegedi Tudományegyetem részére 36 hónap időtartamra, összesen nettó 600 000 USD keretösszeg erejéig a 2027-2029 évre. A tervezett példányszám összesen 111 db különböző külföldi folyóirat, melyből 32 db nyomtatott, 15 db print és online, 61 db online folyóirat és 3 db számozott sorozat a műszaki leírás részét képező 1. sz. mellékletben (árazatlan költségvetésben) részletezettek szerint. Ajánlatkérő a keretszerződés időtartama alatt jogosult a tervezett mennyiségtől eltérni. Az ajánlatkérő jogosult éves megrendelését módosítani, új sajtóterméket rendelhet, egyes sajtótermékek megrendeléséről lemondhat, vagy példányszámot módosíthat a szerződéses feltételek változatlanul hagyása mellett. A közbeszerzési dokumentumokban megadott mennyiségi adatok kalkulált adatok, tájékoztató jellegű információnak minősülnek, tekintettel arra, hogy ajánlatkérő nem a mennyiségre vállal kötelezettséget, hanem az ismertetett keretösszeg 80%-ára.
