Élelmiszerek beszerzése hat részben: Húsáru: kb. 12,6 tonna szalonna, virsli, sonka, kolbász, zsír, felvágott, csülök, csont, karaj, hurka Mirelit áru: kb. 9,5 tonna Afrikai harcsafilé, zöldség-gyümölcs, főzelék mirelit termékek, fagylalt, jégkrém, halrúd, réteslap Fűszért- és nehézáru: kb. 58 tonna chips, perec, kölyökpezsgő, gyümölcslé, kóla, üdítő, keksz, lekvár, tejszínhab Pékáru: kb. 17,5 tonna bagett, kenyér, gofri, pogácsa, stangli, kifli, zsemle, zsemlemorzsa Zöldség-gyümölcs: kb. 43 tonna Tej- és tejtermék: kb. 48 tonna sajt, tejszín, joghurt, juhtúró. kefír, puding, tejföl, vaj, növényi krém Összesen: kb. 188–190 tonna élelmiszer.
