Ahol a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, illetőleg szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozás történik, az – a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltaknak megfelelően – csak a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása érdekében történik, és mellé minden alkalommal oda értendő a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezés is. Cloudera Hadoop-pal műszakilag egyenértékű rendszernek az Ajánlatkérő olyan szoftver ökoszisztémát / keretrendszert tekint, amely adat-intenzív elosztott alkalmazásokat támogat. Nagy mennyiségű általánosan elérhető hardverből épített szerverfürtök építését teszi lehetővé, melyen elosztottan történik az adatok tárolás és feldolgozása. A közbeszerzés pontos tárgya és az ajánlattevő feladatai részletesen a Műszaki Leírásban és a Szerződéstervezetben kerülnek meghatározásra.
