Details

A közbeszerzés tárgya: Az Országgyűlés Hivatala által üzemeltetett gépjármű flotta részére kötelező gépjármű-felelősség- és casco biztosítási szolgáltatás beszerzése. A részletes követelményeket a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák. A közbeszerzés mennyisége: 80 db gépjármű (induló gépjárműállomány), ebből 78 db személygépkocsi, 1 db tehergépkocsi és 1 db pótkocsi (3,5 t és 0,75 t össztömeg között). Az önrészesedés casco biztosítás esetében a kárösszeg 10 %-a, de minimum 100.000 Ft, kivéve a gépjárművek üvegkárai felmerülésekor. Üvegcsere esetén az önrészesedés a kárösszeg 10 %-a, a szélvédő csere nélküli javítása esetén 0 %-os önrészt vállal a Szerződő. Vételi jog (opció): A teljes mennyiségen felül az ajánlatkérő + 15 db, a flottában szereplő, tetszőleges kategóriájú gépjármű kötelező gépjármű-felelősség- és casco biztosítására vonatkozó – a jelen eljárás eredményeként megkötött szerződés feltételei szerinti – szolgáltatásra vételi jogot köt ki. Az állomány előbbiek szerinti módosulásakor alkalmazandó elszámolási szabályokat a közbeszerzési dokumentumok részeként csatolt a szerződéstervezet tartalmazza.
