A beszerzés célja a NAV-nál jelenleg is használatban levő Checkmarx Biztonsági forráskódelemző rendszer (SAST és SCA) következő 3 éves felhasználási jogának (továbbiakban Megoldás) megvásárlása, illetve a jelenlegi rendszer bővítése a megváltozott igényeknek megfelelően, amely alkalmas arra, hogy az alkalmazásfejlesztésben résztvevő személyeket (programozókat, minőségbiztosítókat, tesztelőket, biztonsági auditorokat, stb.) támogassa a forráskódban és a szoftverkomponensekben található biztonsági hibák azonosításában, majd javításában és tegye lehetővé a feltárt hibák javítás utáni visszaellenőrzését is.
