Lots Lot 1 — Nem közművel gyűjtött szennyvíz gyűjtése és szállí: Jelen tender keretén belül nyertes Ajánlattevő látja el az alábbi feladatokat: Lakossági nem közművel gyűjtött szennyvíz gyűjtése és szállítása: 1355 m3/év gyűjtött mennyiség Közületi eredetű, nem közművel gyűjtött szennyvíz gyűjtése és szállítása. 1360 m3/év gyűjtött mennyiség. A gyűjtendő mennyiségek a termelés függvényében változhatnak, a megadott mennyiségekre ajánlatkérő nem tud garanciát vállalni. A tevékenységet a vízgazdálkodásról szóló 1995. évi LVII. törvényben (továbbiakban Vgt.) előírt szabályozás szerint kell végezni és az ajánlattevőnek a Vgt-ben meghatározott feltételeknek kell eleget tennie. Gyűjtött szennyvíz kijelölt szennyvíztisztító telepre 5000 Szolnok Tószeg út 1917 hrsz. történő szállítása. Az ellátandó feladatok részletes meghatározása a közbeszerzési dokumentumban található. Amennyiben a felhívás, illetve a közbeszerzési dokumentum bármelyik része valamilyen gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, illetőleg szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást tartalmaz, illetve amennyiben szabványt, műszaki engedélyt, műszaki előírásokat, vagy műszaki ajánlást határoz meg úgy Ajánlatkérő az azzal egyenértékű teljesítést is elfogadja.
