A Készenléti Rendőrség Különleges Szolgálatok Igazgatósága Légirendészeti Szolgálata részére JET A1 gázturbinás légijármű üzemanyag beszerzése 2 évre a rendelkezésre álló keretösszeg mértékéig: nettó 300.000.000 Ft. Tervezett mennyiség kb. 760 000 liter. A részletes adatokat megrendelésről, szállításról a műszaki leírás és szerződés-tervezet tartalmazza. A keretösszeg felhasználására a tényleges megrendelések mértékében kerül sor. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70%-ának lehívására vállal kötelezettséget. Egyenértékűség: Ahol a közbeszerzési dokumentumok (ide értve a Műszaki leírást) bármely része meghatározott gyártmányú vagy eredetű dologra, illetve konkrét eljárásra, amely egy adott gazdasági szereplő termékeit vagy az általa nyújtott szolgáltatásokat jellemzi, vagy védjegyre, szabadalomra, tevékenységre, személyre, típusra vagy adott származásra vagy gyártási folyamatra hivatkozik, ott a 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése értelmében a "vagy azzal egyenértékű" kifejezést is érteni kell. Az esetleges ilyen jellegű hivatkozások a beszerzés tárgyának minél egyértelműbb megjelölése érdekében történtek. Egyenértékű műszaki megoldás a műszaki leírásban rögzített esetekben megengedett.
