A KBER az Európai Központi Bankból (EKB) és az EU-tagállamok jegybankjaiból áll, az MNB a Központi Bankok Európai Rendszerének (KBER) tagja. A jelen beszerzés tárgya könyvvizsgálói szolgáltatás a 2027-2031. üzleti évek tekintetében Könyvvizsgálati szerződés keretében a Magyar Nemzeti Bank részére a Polgári Törvénykönyvről szóló 2013. évi V. törvény 3:129. §-ában, valamint a számvitelről szóló 2000. évi C. törvény 155. §-ában ismertetett könyvvizsgálói szolgáltatás elvégzése a Magyar Könyvvizsgálói Kamaráról, a könyvvizsgálói tevékenységről, valamint a könyvvizsgálói köz-felügyeletről szóló 2007. évi LXXV. törvényben, a Magyar Nemzeti Bankról szóló 2013. évi CXXXIX. törvényben, a Magyar Nemzeti Könyvvizsgálati Standardokban, továbbá a Magyar Nemzeti Bank éves beszámoló készítési és könyvvezetési kötelezettségének sajátosságairól szóló 221/2000 (XII. 19.) Kormányrendeletben, valamint az ajánlati dokumentációban meghatározottak szerint. Továbbá ugyanazon könyvvizsgálati szerződés keretében a Magyar Nemzeti Bankról szóló 2013. évi CXXXIX. törvény 131. § (5) bekezdése szerinti összehasonlító elemzés könyvvizsgálatának elvégzése. A fenti könyvvizsgálati szolgáltatások eredményeképpen évente 2 független könyvvizsgálói jelentést kell készíteni. A beszerzés opciót nem tartalmaz.
