每月安排专业安全咨询顾问到项目现场进行安全监督指导工作，检查风电场的安全设施、人员操作规范、现场工作环境、安全管理文件等。在每次工作后，整理并生成详细的安全咨询报告，报告内容包括但不限于安全检查结果、发现的安全隐患、整改意见等，为项目业主方提供决策依据。 
针对项目现场的安全管理现状，安全咨询顾问需及时提出安全管理方面的问题和建议，包括但不限于安全制度完善、人员培训需求、设备安全校验、更新 H&S 文件等，确保项目在安全管理方面符合黑山当地法律法规要求，实现合规合法经营。 
Main content: 
Professional safety consultants are arranged to conduct safety supervision and guidance work at the project site every month, and check the safety facilities, personnel operating specifications, on-site working environment, safety management documents, etc. of the wind park. After each work, a detailed safety consulting report is compiled and generated. The report content includes but is not limited to safety inspection results, safety hazards found, rectification opinions, etc., to provide decision-making basis for the project owner. In view of the current safety management status of the project site, the safety consultant needs to promptly raise safety management issues and suggestions, including but not limited to the improvement of safety systems, personnel training needs, equipment safety verification, H&S document update.etc., to ensure that the project complies with local laws and regulations in terms of safety management and achieves compliant and legal operations. 
资质要求：
1.安全咨询公司及安全咨询师个人必须拥有黑山当地"Vodjenje poslova HSE"（指导 HSE 工作许可证）资质。 
2. 具有相关 HSE 工作指导经验。 
Technical requirements: 
1. Safety consulting companies and safety consultants must possess the local "Vodjenje poslova HSE" (license for guidance HSE jobs) qualification. 
2. Have relevant experience in HSE work guidance.
