The WFP Nutrition, School Means and Social Protection Service, Programme Division, Programme Operations Department seeks to purchase Nutrition Research Services through Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for supporting Country Offices and Global Headquarter in operationalising the Nutrition Research Priorities in line with WFP Strategy to improve diets and address malnutrition (2024-2030) .
The Nutrition Research Priorities aims to generate evidence to inform both current programming and global body of evidence in various thematic areas such as nutritional adequacy, local food-based solutions, prevention of malnutrition, management of wasting, large-scale food fortification, nutrition-sensitive interventions, Social and Behavioural Change Communication for nutrition etc. The LTAs for Nutrition Research Services will help conduct research studies to generate evidence, including in food-insecure context, on various thematic areas using appropriate research design to inform programming and fill the global evidence gap.
WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the provision of Nutrition Research Services .
The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to provide Nutrition Research Services. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed competitive tender.
