Dit betreft de Hoofdtender: Open House 'Hotelovernachtingen Wageningen e.o. inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening' met een looptijd van 2023 - 2038.

Per inschrijvingstermijn treft u aparte inschrijvingstenders aan: Wageningen University & Research (hierna WUR) maakt veelvuldig gebruik van hotelfaciliteiten. De Gasten van WUR worden op korte afstand van de campus ondergebracht opdat de reistijd voor de Gasten wordt beperkt. WUR heeft inmiddels jaren ervaring in de samenwerking met hotels in de omgeving van Wageningen. Dit heeft geresulteerd in de uitgangspunten voor de huidige Procedure. Deze Open House is gericht aan hotelondernemingen in Wageningen e.o. binnen een straal van 12 km van Droevendaalsesteeg 4, 6708 PB Wageningen. De Procedure heeft tot doel het sluiten van Koepelovereenkomsten met alle leveranciers die voldoen aan de eisen ten behoeve van het leveren van hotelovernachtingen in Wageningen e.o. inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening.
