Subministrament d'articles derivats de la pasta de paper, distribuits en 7 categories de productes, per lliurar als tallers productius dels centres penitenciaris de Catalunya i als serveis exterior de CIRE, segons el plec de prescripcions tècniques i documentació que es facilita en aquesta licitació. En aquesta fase únicament s'homologaran aquelles empreses que hagin presentat la documentació sol·licitada, per posteriorment, i mitjançant contractes específics adjudicar els subministraments necessaris. Les quantitats que consten tot seguit són estimatives, calculades a un import que en cap cas és vinculant pels licitadors ja que l'import a licitar i ofertar per a cada contracte específic es facilitarà amb la licitació d'aquests contractes específics.
