Home Group is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to deliver Responsive, voids and DAPA (disabled adaptions) works within the Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland via an interfaced solution. This contract is on a 2 year basis, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. It is envisaged that TUPE will not apply to this contract.
