Details
De Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RUG) bereidt de herontwikkeling voor van gebouw Nijenborgh 4 (bouwdeel 5113) op de Zernike Campus. Het bestaande onderwijsgebouw, met een omvang van circa 6.534 m² BVO, wordt gerenoveerd. Hiermee wil de RUG het gebouw toekomstbestendig maken en geschikt maken voor modern onderwijsgebruik vanaf het collegejaar 2028/2029.
Het Definitief Ontwerp is reeds uitgewerkt door een gecontracteerd Total-Engineeringsteam, bestaande uit o.a. een architect, constructeur en installatie- en bouwfysisch adviseur. De uitvoering van het Werk wordt Europees aanbesteed met deze niet- openbare procedure om een aannemer en installateur te contracteren die de herontwikkeling technisch, organisatorisch en duurzaam kan realiseren binnen de gestelde planning en budgettaire kaders. Daarbij wordt gezocht naar partijen met aantoonbare ervaring met herontwikkelingsprojecten en het realiseren van hoogwaardige en duurzame gebouwen voor onderwijs en kennisontwikkeling.
