The services support critical hospital infrastructure, including HVAC, environmental controls and associated building services systems. The scope includes planned preventative maintenance, system monitoring, reactive maintenance, fault response, reporting, asset register support, system optimisation and continuous improvement. Suppliers must be capable of supporting Niagara-based systems and a mixed BMS environment that includes legacy/proprietary platforms. Health NZ intends to appoint a single supplier for an initial two-year term, with one optional one-year extension
