Horsens Kommune Ejendomme udbyder 18 rammeaftaler med vedligeholdelsesopgaver og anlægsopgaver i Ejendommes portefølje, hvor omkostningerne er under 125.000 kr.:

  • Udvendige anlægs- og driftsopgaver omfattende fagområderne tømrer/snedker, VVS, elektriker, maler, murer og anlægsentreprenør for alle kommunens bygninger (undtagen bygninger på øen Endelave).
  • Indvendig drift og vedligehold i ældreboliger.
  • Indvendig drift og vedligehold af faste installationer for alle kommunens bygninger (undtagen bygninger på øen Endelave).

Det er alene fagentrepriser, der udbydes.
