De Opdracht gaat over het leveren van handelsdrukwerk zoals briefpapier, enveloppen, formulieren en visitekaartjes.

Het doel van de Opdracht is een leverancier contracteren die de Aanbestedende Dienst zo effectief en zo (kosten) efficiënt mogelijk ondersteunt/ontzorgt overeenkomstig de gestelde eisen. Deze Opdracht is bedoeld om het bestellen, distribueren en beheren van de voorraad Handelsdrukwerk te standaardiseren.

De Aanbestedende Dienst beoogt in dat verlengde de volgende doelstellingen met deze Opdracht te realiseren: - Een Ondernemer te contracteren die zo kosteneffectief mogelijk werkt. - Een Ondernemer die professioneel, flexibel en zorgvuldig de uitgevraagde dienstverlening verricht. - Die overeenkomstig de vastgestelde afspraken voorziet in Handelsdrukwerk. - Die aandacht besteedt aan Duurzaamheid op het gebied van sociaal en milieu.
