In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The RFO FAR provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Feb 2026) applies to this acquisition and a successful Offeror will address all items within the addenda of this provision. The addendum for this provision is as follows: A Small business competitive, firm fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded through the procedures of RFO FAR subsection 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts.
