Det skal bygges ca. 1,8 km ny gang- og sykkelveg i Skien i Telemark fylke. Prosjektet er en del av Bypakke Grenland og skal forbedre og sikre fremkommeligheten for gående og syklende på strekningen.
Arbeidet består i hovedsak av opparbeidelsen av GS-veg på fylling bestående av en kombinasjon av lette fyllmasser og sprengstein. Håndtering av matjord vil også være et vesentlig element.
På strekningen er det også, i samarbeid med Skien kommune, bl.a. lagt opp til påkoblinger for overvann.
