Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 21231 et R. 21231 1° du Code de la commande publique. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes entre Haut Bugey Agglomération et les communes suivantes: Bellignat, Bolozon, Brénod, Brion, Ceignes, Condamine, Corlier, Dortan, Géovreisset, Izenave, Izernore, Leyssard, Plateau d'Hauteville, Prémillieu, Vieu d'Izenave et la société d'économie mixte HAUTBUGEY SEJOURS STAGES SPORT SANTE (HB4S) (BOOST CENTER) (conformément aux articles L21136 L21137 et à la convention constitutive du groupement jointe au dossier de consultation des entreprises). Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est Haut Bugey Agglomération. Le marché ordinaire est alloti comme suit: LOT 1: Secteur NORD
LOT 2: Secteur SUD
Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter du 01/01/2027 (sous réserve de notification à cette date), potentiellement reconductible 2x 1an. Prise en compte du développement durable dans le jugement des offres.
