Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών για την εφαρμογή της τεχνολογίας βιοενίσχυσης σε έξι (6) Εγκαταστάσεις Επεξεργασίας Λυμάτων (Ε.Ε.Λ.) του Δήμου Ν. Προποντίδας, καθώς και στα αντίστοιχα αποχετευτικά δίκτυα, ήτοι: - Ν. Καλλικράτειας - Ν. Μουδανίων - Διονυσίου - Φλογητών - Ν. Ποτίδαιας - Ν. Τρίγλιας - Σημάντρων Επίσης αφορά την απομάκρυνση των υποπροϊόντων επεξεργασίας και την κατάλληλη επεξεργασία τους. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες από την ημέρα υπογραφής της με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για επιπλέον είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες. Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 473.999,76 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. Η διάρκεια της υπηρεσίας θα είναι για δύο χρόνια ή μέχρι εξαντλήσεως του ποσού. Επίσης προβλέπεται η δυνατότητα προαίρεσης ποσού 473.999,76 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. για επιπλέων δύο χρόνια. Σύνολο 947.999,52€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. (1.175.519,40 € με ΦΠΑ.) για τέσσερα συνολικά χρόνια. Η εργασία χρηματοδοτείται από Δημοτικούς πόρους, η δε εκτέλεσή της θα γίνει σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Ν. 4412/2016, του ισχύοντος Δημοτικού και Κοινοτικού Κώδικα τις οδηγίες της υπηρεσίας και θα καλυφθεί από τον προϋπολογισμό του Δήμου.
