Η σύμβαση αφορά την προμήθεια και παράδοση 3.370 φορητών ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών για δικαστικούς και εισαγγελικούς λειτουργούς, σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές της διακήρυξης. Η παράδοση θα πραγματοποιηθεί τμηματικά σε υπηρεσίες και σημεία παράδοσης σε όλη την Ελληνική Επικράτεια, εντός συμβατικού χρόνου οκτώ (8) μηνών.

Lots Lot 1 — Προμήθεια 3.370 φορητών ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών για δικαστικούς και εισαγγελικούς λειτουργούς (estimated 2717741.94): Η σύμβαση αφορά την προμήθεια και παράδοση τριών χιλιάδων τριακοσίων εβδομήντα (3.370) φορητών ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών για δικαστικούς και εισαγγελικούς λειτουργούς, σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και τους λοιπούς όρους των εγγράφων της σύμβασης. Στο αντικείμενο περιλαμβάνονται τα προβλεπόμενα παρελκόμενα, το λειτουργικό σύστημα, το λογισμικό προστασίας και η εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας. Η παράδοση δύναται να πραγματοποιείται τμηματικά στα προβλεπόμενα σημεία παράδοσης εντός του συμβατικού χρόνου των οκτώ (8) μηνών. Η σύμβαση αποτελεί ενιαίο αντικείμενο και δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα.
