Οι ποσότητες που θα περιληφθούν στα έγγραφα της σύμβασης είναι εκτιμώμενες και δεν συνεπάγονται υποχρέωση του Ο.Κ.Α.Α. Α.Ε. να απορροφήσει συγκεκριμένη ελάχιστη ποσότητα ή το σύνολο της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 18937000 - 6. Η ανωτέρω εκτιμώμενη αξία αναλύεται ως εξής: Διάρκεια είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών: 262.500,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%, ήτοι € 325.500,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε είκοσι (24) μήνες από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης των εκτιμώμενων ποσοτήτων, των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και των όρων παράδοσης περιλαμβάνεται στο Παράρτημα Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, αποκλειστικά βάσει τιμής.
