Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η «Προμήθεια φορητού συστήματος ψύξης με κρυοστάτη». Η προμήθεια περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να εγγυηθεί τη λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού για τουλάχιστον το χρονικό διάστημα που αναφέρεται στις προδιαγραφές (βλ. ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι - πίνακες τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και απαιτήσεων). Επιπλέον, περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να τοποθετήσει και να εγκαταστήσει τον εξοπλισμό, να εκπαιδεύσει το αρμόδιο προσωπικό του ΙΗΔΛ σε θέματα βασικής λειτουργίας και συντήρησης του εξοπλισμού καθώς και σε θέματα ασφαλείας και να τον παραδώσει σε πλήρη λειτουργία κατόπιν τεχνικού ελέγχου καλής λειτουργίας.

Lots Lot 1 — Προμήθεια φορητού συστήματος ψύξης με κρυοστάτη (estimated 125000): Ένα (1) φορητό σύστημα ψύξης με κρυοστάτη Η προμήθεια περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να εγγυηθεί τη λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού για τουλάχιστον το χρονικό διάστημα που αναφέρεται στις προδιαγραφές (βλ.Αναλυτική διακήρυξη, ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι - πίνακες τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και απαιτήσεων). Επιπλέον, περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να τοποθετήσει και να εγκαταστήσει τον εξοπλισμό, να εκπαιδεύσει το αρμόδιο προσωπικό του ΙΗΔΛ σε θέματα βασικής λειτουργίας και συντήρησης του εξοπλισμού καθώς και σε θέματα ασφαλείας και να τον παραδώσει σε πλήρη λειτουργία κατόπιν τεχνικού ελέγχου καλής λειτουργίας.
