Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια διατακτικών αγοράς προϊόντων σίτισης για τους εργαζόμενους του ΕΘΝΙΚΟΥ ΘΕΑΤΡΟΥ για το έτος 2027 και συγκεκριμένα για το χρονικό διάστημα από 01/01/2027 μέχρι 31/12/2027, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 7 περίπτωση 6 της Επιχειρησιακής Συλλογικής Σύμβασης Εργασίας με ισχύ από 01.02.2025-01.02.2028 μεταξύ του Σωματείου Εργαζομένων του Εθνικού Θεάτρου και του Εθνικού Θεάτρου.
