Lots Lot 1 — Κατασκευή Τμήματος Α Στρατιωτικών Οικημάτων (3 Συγκροτήματα των 12 Διαμερισμάτων), στο Στρδο "ΜΑΥΡΟΜΙΧΑΛΗ" στην περιοχή Πάστιδα, της ν. Ρόδου (estimated 6532258.07): Πρόκειται για την κατασκευή τριών νέων συγκροτημάτων τριώροφης οικοδομής με υπόγειο γιαχρήση κατοικίας. Η κατακόρυφη επικοινωνία του κτιρίου γίνεται με κλιμακοστάσιο και ανελκυστήρα ο οποίος δεν εξυπηρετεί το υπόγειο του κτιρίου.
