Το αντικείμενο της δημόσιας σύμβασης αφορά την κατασκευή κτιριακών υποδομών και τη διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντος χώρου του Εκπαιδευτικού Αστρονομικού Πάρκου Όρλιακα (ΕΑΠΟ). Ο τόπος εκτέλεσης του έργου είναι γήπεδο έκτασης 28 στρεμμάτων, στο 6ο χιλιόμετρο της επαρχιακής οδού Ζιάκα–Περιβολίου, σε ύψωμα «Ράχη Κερασιάς» της οροσειράς Όρλιακα, στην περιοχή Γρεβενών, σε υψόμετρο περίπου 1.450 μέτρων.Το έργο περιλαμβάνει την ανέγερση κτιριακού συγκροτήματος αποτελούμενου από έξι κτίρια, τα οποία θα εξυπηρετούν τις λειτουργικές ανάγκες του Πάρκου, καθώς και την κατασκευή δεξαμενής ύδρευσης, συστήματος αποχέτευσης με διάταξη βόθρων, περίφραξης και διαμόρφωσης του περιβάλλοντος χώρου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων χώρων στάθμευσης.Οι απαιτούμενες οικοδομικές και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εργασίες περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στα τεύχη της διακήρυξης.
