Lots Lot 1 — Υπηρεσίες Καθαρισμού Κτιρίων, Συντήρησης Πρασίνου και Απεντόμωσης - Μυοκτονίας (estimated 11419200): Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι παροχή υπηρεσιών: «Υπηρεσίες Καθαρισμού Κτιρίων, Συντήρησης Πρασίνου και Απεντόμωσης - Μυοκτονίας» για τρία (3) έτη με δικαίωμα παράτασης για ένα (1) επιπλέον έτος, με αντίστοιχη αύξηση του φυσικού – οικονομικού αντικειμένου, με μονομερή απόφαση της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής. Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή έχει δικαίωμα προαίρεσης, με μονομερή απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, σε ποσοστό που δεν μπορεί να υπερβαίνει το 30% του ποσού της αρχικής σύμβασης για όλα τα είδη πριν τη λήξη αυτής, εφόσον εξαντληθεί η συμβατική ποσότητα, και για όσο χρονικό διάστημα απαιτηθεί μέχρι τη συμπλήρωση της ετήσιας διάρκειας της σύμβασης ή/ και της παράτασης
