Nytt sykehjem i Gjemnes Kommune beliggende i Batnfjordsøra har vært under bygging siden våren 2025. Sykehjemmet inneholder 44 beboerrom fordelt på 5 avdelinger. Hver avdeling vil ha egen dagstue. Sykehjemmet vil ha eget dagsenter, treningsrom, produksjonskjøkken samt eget sermonirom. Denne anskaffelsen omfatter innkjøp av institusjonssenger/sykehussenger for bruk ved Gjemnes sykehjem, samt diverse andre møbler/utstyr til medisinsk bruk.
