The contractor will provide all equipment, materials, labor, and technical services required to deliver a fully functional solar backup system, including PV panels, inverters, battery storage, mounting structures, protection devices, cabling, grounding, and security installations. The scope also includes system testing, commissioning, user training, and handover of all manuals and documentation in compliance with applicable Energy Commission and safety standards
