Details

Neubau einer zweizügigen Grundschule mit Mensa und Gymnastikhalle. Die Grundschule wird als dreigeschossiger Holzbau auf einer Stahlbeton-Bodenplatte mit Teilunterkellerung auf Perimeterdämmung errichtet. Das Gebäude erhält eine hochwärmegedämmte Hülle (Effizienzgebäude 40 - Standard). Die Leistung des AN umfasst die kompletten Flachabdichtungsarbeiten, einschl. Dachbegrünung, Dachoberlicht und Dachausstieg, Dachentwässerungspunkte, Dachsicherungssystem und Unterkonstruktion PV-Anlage, sowie alle damit verbundenen Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten. Ca. 845 m2 Holzfaserdämmung und bituminöse Abdichtung, mit Dachbegrünung Ca. 1 Stk Flachdachfenster Ca. 1 Stk Dachausstieg Ca. 140 Stk PV-Unterkonstrukt Der Neubau wird nach den Kriterien der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB Version 2023) zertifiziert. Darüber hinaus wird eine Zertifizierung nach QNG durchgeführt. Dies erfordert die Einhaltung von Vorgaben zur Qualität hinsichtlich Umwelt, Ökonomie und Soziokulturellen Themen.
