Neugestaltung der Neutorstraße - Am Delft, Emden / Brunnentechnik (2. Bauabschnitt) Die Stadt Emden plant am Delft die wassertechnische Sanierung und Verbesserung des Fürbringerbrunnens. Ergänzend entsteht im südlichen Bereich ein neues zentrales Gestaltungselement - ein Nebelfeld mit insgesamt zwölf bodengleichen Nebeldüsen. Diese Wasserinstallationen schaffen attraktive Aufenthaltsbereiche und leisten zugleich einen spürbaren Beitrag zur Verbesserung des städtischen Mikroklimas. Die Fertigstellung der vertraglich geschuldeten Leistung bis spätestens zum 30.08.2027 ist eine wesentliche Geschäftsgrundlage dieses Vertrages und wird als verbindliche Vertragsfrist gemäß § 5 VOB/B vereinbart.
