Details

Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Wagenstadt in Herbolzheim. Das bestehende dreigeschossige Schulgebäude wird bis auf den Rohbau entkernt und umfassend saniert. Zusätzlich entstehen ein neuer südlicher Anbau, ein Aufzug über alle Geschosse sowie ein neues Treppenhaus als zweiter Rettungsweg. Im Zuge der Sanitärarbeiten werden sämtliche Sanitärobjekte, Trinkwasser- und Abwasserinstallationen einschließlich Leitungsdämmung, Brandschutzabschottungen und Nebenleistungen erneuert bzw. neu hergestellt. Die Leistungen umfassen unter anderem die Installation von WC-Anlagen einschließlich barrierefreiem WC, Urinalen, Waschbecken, Ausgussbecken, Trinkwasserleitungen aus Edelstahl, schallgedämmten Schmutzwasserleitungen, Außenwasserleitungen, Rohrdämmungen sowie die Inbetriebnahme, Spülung, Beprobung und Dokumentation der Anlagen. Die Arbeiten sind im beiliegenden Leistungsverzeichnis beschrieben.
