Details

Auf dem Gelände in der Erich-SchIesinger-Str. 24 wird die im Jahr 1983 errichtete Feuer- und Rettungswache 1 saniert und erweitert. Die Baumaßnahme ist in vier Bauabschnitte gegliedert, wobei die Leistungen in den Bauabschnitten 0 und 1 weitestgehend abgeschlossen sind.. Im weiteren Bauablauf sind jetzt die Bauabschnitte 2 (Rettungsdienst) und 3 (Freiwillige Feuerwehr und Katastrophenschutz) zu beginnen. Die beiden Gebäudeteile BA 2 und BA 3 bestehen aus jeweils separaten 1-geschossigen Fahrzeughallen und angegliederten 2-geschossigen Funktionsgebäuden, die die Sanitär-, Sozial-, Aufenthalts- und Büroräume aufnehmen. Das Gebäude BA 3 hat im Nord-Osten des Gebäudes ein 3. Geschoss, das die Schulungs- und Fitnessräume nebst Nebenräumen sowie die Lüftungszentrale aufnimmt. Das Gebäude BA 2 hat auf der Südseite ein 2. OG als Technikzentrale.
