Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Beschaffung und Auslieferung von 5 bis 25 Videokonferenzanlagen für die Justizvollzugsanstalten des Landes Baden-Württemberg sowie Serviceleistungen für diese Anlagen.

Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung von Videokonferenzanlagen für Justizvollzugsanstalten des Landes Baden-Württemberg: Dies umfasst: - die Lieferung von Hardwarekomponenten, - die dauerhafte Überlassung von Steuerungssoftware, - die Installation und Integration von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten, - die Instandhaltung von Hardwarekomponenten, - die regelmäßige Pflege von Softwarekomponenten und - die Erbringung weiterer hard- und softwarebezogener Dienstleistungen wie unter anderem die Organisation und Durchführung des (ganz oder teilweise erfolgenden) Umzugs bereits in Betrieb genommener Anlagen in einer im Einzelnen noch unbestimmten Mehrzahl von Sälen der baden-württembergischen Justizvollzugsanstalten.
