Lots Lot 1 — SV-MBR-261008-006 - PRS: Neukonzeption Sauna Prinzregentenstadion, Lufttechnische Anlagen: Im Zuge der Wiederherstellung und Neukonzeption der brandschadensbedingt erneuerten Saunalandschaft im Prinzregentenbad München werden die raumlufttechnischen Anlagen neu errichtet. Die Leistungen umfassen die Demontage bestehender Lüftungsanlagen einschließlich Entsorgung sowie die Lieferung und Montage neuer RLT-Geräte, Dachventilatoren, Luftkanäle und Luftleitungen, Brandschutzklappen, Schalldämpfer, Volumenstromregler, Luftauslässe und Dämmungen. Weiterhin enthalten sind Inbetriebnahme, Einregulierung, Hygiene- und Funktionsprüfungen, Sachverständigenabnahmen, Probebetrieb, Dokumentation und Betreiberunterweisung. Die Ausführung erfolgt im Bestandsgebäude unter Berücksichtigung angrenzender Nutzungen. Wesentliche Mengenangaben Demontage von 2 Lüftungsgeräten, ca. 150 m² Luftleitungen und Dämmungen Lieferung und Montage von 2 RLT-Geräten und 6 Dachventilatoren Ca. 620 m² Luftkanäle und Formstücke aus Stahlblech Ca. 397 m Rundrohre, 125 m flexible Luftleitungen und 12 m PPS-Rohrleitungen. 9 Brandschutzklappen einschließlich Antriebe und Prüfungen. 27 Schalldämpfer sowie ca. 85 Volumenstromregler/-halter 64 Luftauslässe und Lüftungsventile unterschiedlicher Bauart Ca. 220 m² Wärme- und Tauwasserdämmung 12 Kernbohrungen, 74 Revisionsöffnungen sowie Montage- und Befestigungskonstruktionen Hygieneinspektionen, Reinigung von Bestandskanälen, Inbetriebnahme, integrative Tests und 2-wöchiger ProbebetriebWerk- und Montageplanung, Bestands- und Brandschutzdokumentation, Kennzeichnung sowie Betreiberunterweisung.
