Lüftungsarbeiten im Rahmen der Brandschutzsanierung des ZDF-Sendebetriebsgebäudes in Mainz-Lerchenberg unter laufendem Gebäudebetrieb. Die Leistungen umfassen den Rückbau bestehender Spülluftanlagen sowie die Lieferung und Montage neuer Spülluftanlagen mit geregelter Druckhaltung für insgesamt sieben Treppenhäuser einschließlich Ventilatoren, Schaltschränken, Steuerungs- und Überwachungstechnik. Bestandteil der Leistung sind außerdem der Einbau / Austausch von F90-Kanälen, Einrichtungen zur Druckentlastung über Jalousieklappen bzw. Lichtkuppeln, Druckknopfmelder und Feuerwehrschalter, die erforderliche Gewerkeverkabelung sowie Einregulierung, Funktionsmessung und Dokumentation. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise im laufenden Sendebetrieb.
