Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, schreibt im Namen der Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT) den Neubau für das Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies aus. Das vorliegende LV beschreibt die Errichtung der Installationen für die Lüftungstechnik in den drei Etagen des Inkubators (GCT) im Laborgebäude "Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin . Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der folgenden Komponenten: - Installation von ca. 3.500 m² rechteckige Luftleitung und Formteile - Installation von ca. 1.700 m Wickelfalzrohr bis DN300 - Installation von ca. 270 m Kunststoffrohr (PPs) bis DN250 - Installation von ca. 60 Stück Brandschutzklappen - Installation von ca. 660 Stück konstante und variable Volumenstromregler, sowie Schalldämpfer - Installation von ca. 490 Stück Auslässe - Dokumentation - Dichtheitsprüfung Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
