Details

Herstellung von sämtlichen BE-Flächen und Baustraßen im Planfeststellungsabschnitt 5.15 der ABS Hanau-Gelnhausen. Der Abschnitt ist zugehörig der Strecke 3600/3677 mit Bahn-km 32,6 - 39,0 und durchfährt die zwei Verkehrsstationen Langenselbold und Niedermittlau. Insg. beträgt das herzustellende Volumen ca. 60 BE-Flächen (-stücke) mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 111.000 m² sowie einer Anzahl von ca. 33 Baustraßen (-stücken) mit einer etwaigen Gesamtlänge von 15.600 m. Gem. beigefügter BE/BS-Planung sind die BE-Flächen trassennah gelegen und werden durch nahezu durchgehend parallel zum Bahndamm verlaufenden Baustraßen mit gelegentlichen Ausscherungen in landwirtschaftliche Wege erschlossen. Die Baufeldfreimachung wird von einem gesonderten Auftragnehmer durchgeführt. Im Leistungszeitraum zur Herstellung der Baustraßen und BE-Flächen wird demnach parallel ein separater Auftragnehmer für Freischnittarbeiten tätig und verfügbar sein. Wesentliche Herausforderungen: 1) Nördlich entlang der Trasse befindet sich ein Hochwassergebiet mit merklichem Überschwemmungspotential. 2) Hohe Grundwasserstände: Die GW-Stände im Bauwerksbereich sind stark niederschlagsabhängig. Maximale Grundwasserstände können temporär die Geländeoberkante (GOK) erreichen. 3) Während der Ausführung der BE-/BS-Maßnahmen im PFA 5.15 finden im angrenzenden PFA 5.16 (Hailer-Meerholz) und PFA 5.17 (Gelnhausen) umfangreiche Strecken- und Bahnhofsumbauten statt. Das Baustraßennetz und logistische Knotenpunkte müssen also teilweise bzw. gelegentlich an der PFA-Grenze zum 5.15 gemeinsam genutzt werden.
