Der Wandel der Arbeitswelt hat mit den arbeitsplatzbezogenen Belastungen im Allgemeinen sowie der zunehmenden Digitalisierung und stetig steigenden Dienstleistungsorientierung im Besonderen große Auswirkungen auf die Beschäftigten und deren Gesundheit. Unter dem Druck von immer mehr Flexibilität, schnellerem Arbeiten und ständiger Lernbereitschaft, zu-meist in einer ganztägigen sitzenden Tätigkeit, resultieren oftmals gesundheitliche Probleme. Fitness ist daher im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM) ein wichti-ger Baustein, wenn es darum geht, Mitarbeiter*innen langfristig gesund und leistungsfähig zu halten. Die Verbesserung der Gesundheit und des Wohlbefindens der Beschäftigten am Arbeitsplatz sind übergeordnete Zielsetzungen der öffentlichen Hand und sollen in Form verhaltensprä-ventiver Gesundheitsförderungsmaßnahmen im Fokus stehen. Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg (FHH), beabsichtigt im Auftrag des Personalamtes den Abschluss eines exklusiven Kooperationsvertrages über eine Firmenfitness-Verbundlösung.
